Erik Burmeister served as an award-winning teacher, principal, and superintendent in California for over 20 years before launching Solutionary Advisors. He’s best known for leading change for sophisticated organizations in complicated environments using design and innovation principles.

Erik is an equity champion fluent in Spanish, expert on systems design and communication strategy, and proven leader in educational technology. He utilizes his deep expertise and partners with his broad network of collaborators to help those serving within the PK-12 educational landscape realize their intended impact.
